1. Right of withdrawal
According to Swiss law, there is generally no legal right of withdrawal for contracts concluded over the Internet. However, we offer our customers a voluntary right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

Deadline:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Start of the cancellation period:
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, except for the delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.
You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

3. Right of return
In addition to the right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary right of return within 30 days.

Returns are possible under the following conditions:

•⁠ ⁠The goods are in unused and new condition.

•⁠ ⁠The original packaging is present and undamaged.

•⁠ ⁠You enclose the purchase receipt or invoice.

Return costs:
The cost of return shipping is at the buyer's expense unless the goods are defective or we have made a mistake in delivery.
